MOH recommends education sector to conduct Covid-19 screening

KUALA LUMPUR, April 4 — The Ministry of Health (MOH) has recommended the education sector conduct screening on students, teachers and staff after 11 of the 18 Covid-19 clusters reported in the seventh epidemiological week 2023 (ME 13/2023) from March 26 to April 1, were education clusters.

Malaysia records 28,957 HFMD cases since January this year — Khairy

REMBAU, May 14 — There has been a significant increase in hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) in the country, with a total of 28,957 cases reported for the period from last January until yesterday nationwide, compared to only 4,239 cases for the whole of last year, said Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin.

Covid-19 : 83 clusters in education sector recorded, 49 still active

PUTRAJAYA, April 21 — A total of 83 Covid-19 clusters related to the education sector have been recorded from January 1 until yesterday, said Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Adham Baba.
